1996
- Stretch to Win founded
- Ann Frederick selected as the first Flexibility Specialist for the Olympic Games. She worked for 7 months with the 1996 USA Olympic Wrestling team which won more gold medals than the Russians for the first time in Olympic history. Injuries were also at an all time low for the team during this time.
- Following the Olympics, Stretch to Win specialized in improving athletic performance for Olympic, elite and professional athletes.
- Ann Frederick hired as Associate Faculty instructor at Arizona State University (1996 - 1999).
1997
- Ann Frederick graduated Summa Cum Laude at ASU where she successfully defended her master's level thesis, which scientifically proved the effectiveness of her flexibility training and stretching techniques.
- After graduation from ASU, Ann went into full time private practice and eventually trained and certified 4 Flexibility Therapists to assist in the exponential growth in this new field that she had created.
1999
- Ann and Chris Frederick got married and became business partners, co-owners and co-directors of the Stretch to Win Center, the Stretch to Win Institute and the International Institute of Flexibility Sciences.
- Stretch to Win (STW) is a center where proprietary techniques of stretching, massage and core training are used to improve athletic performance, complement and enhance fitness and finally, to counteract the effects of aging for an improved quality of life.
- The Stretch to Win Institute (STWI) is both an education and training center for established professionals to become Certified Flexibility Specialists (CFS). The Institute was created to supply the increasing demand in the industries of Sports, Fitness, Healthcare and Spas for highly trained, certified Flexibility Therapists and Specialists.
- The International Institute of Flexibility Sciences (IIFS) was created so that research scientists and clinicians may collaborate and apply scientific rigor to investigate, research and discover the best methods, techniques and modalities to enhance human functional flexibility.
2000
- STW is consultant Flexibility Specialist for Chris Carter and other selected members of the NFL Minnesota Vikings football team for play-off games.
2000-2004
- STW is consultant Flexibility Specialist for Coach Beverly Kearney of the University of Texas to work with collegiate athletes and elite athletes competing for a place on the USA Olympic women's track team.
2000
- USA Olympic Trials Ann Frederick is Flexibility Specialist for candidate members of the women's track Team USA, including Nanceen Perry, 4x100-meter relay bronze medal winner.
2000-present
- STW is consultant Flexibility Specialist for Donovan McNabb, quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles. After receiving a session from Ann Frederick, Donovan told her that "your work will be an integral part of my training to guarantee the success of my career". Ann has worked with Mr. McNabb throughout every year since then.
2002
- Stretch to Win invited to present at Dr. Ken Kinakin's Society of Weight Training Injury Specialists (SWIS) International Conference: had one of the most highly attended presentations of the conference. Feedback from selected attendees there confirmed the lack of research, theory and practice of stretching and flexibility training in professional and elite athlete circles.
2003
- Contracted by Human Kinetics, largest publisher of sports and fitness material, to write a book on flexibility training and stretching as an established authority in this field of athletic training.
- ESPN TV feature on Donovan McNabb's training in Phoenix, including Stretch to Win. There have been numerous TV pieces done by various local and national TV stations as well as newspapers.
2004
- USA Olympic Trials Flexibility Specialist consultant to Coach Beverly Kearney for Team USA candidates.
2005
- National Football Conference championship Flexibility Specialists for Philadelphia Eagles football team.
- Super Bowl Flexibility Specialists for the Philadelphia Eagles football team.
- Submitted full manuscript of our book Stretch to Win to Human Kinetics for editing.
- Signed contract from Human Kinetics to produce DVD film called Flexibility for Sports Performance.
- Ann Frederick featured in August's Sports Illustrated as Donovan McNabb's Flexibility Specialist.
2006
January
- Ann and Chris Frederick hired as Flexibility Specialists to work with selected members of the Seattle Seahawks at the NFC Championship game.
February
- Flexibility Specialists for the Seattle Seahawks at the Super Bowl.
July
August
- STW's first presentation at Canada's largest fitness convention in Toronto--Canadian Fitness Professionals.

January
- Hired as Flexibility Specialists for starters of Philadelphia Eagles for the play-off games.
