All things are possible with optimal Flexibility for Fitness.
Stretching is the least understood aspect of fitness training. There is much literature on strength training, aerobic and anaerobic training but little research on the specifics of stretching. Consequently stretching is still done in a traditional manner that is far from optimal. We know this because we did research comparing our system with traditional stretching methods. After conducting a thorough scientific literature review comparing results from studies that looked at the effects of stretching, we discovered that our system produced far better results in range of motion gains than did all other similar studies that were published up to that time.
Stretching is an essential part of fitness because it speeds recovery and maintains the elasticity of the body that is lost through fitness training. It can assist your goals of increasing strength. With greater range of motion you are able to lift more weight or do movement exercises with better form thus helping you generate more power. This ability will naturally help increase metabolism so you can lose more weight faster.
