Fascial Stretch Therapy Level 2 workshop transforms lives

“My clients can’t stop hugging me to thank me”, “They tell me I  gave them their life back”, “Can’t wait to wake up & do what I love”.

Professionals in healthcare, fitness and sports had  said these things to say and much more at the first day of their Level 2 training in Fascial Stretch  Therapy™ (FST™). After all, they came back because they had amazing results with their clients after a Level 1 workshop and were thirsty for more knowledge, advanced techniques and protocols, and to connect with talented colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and professions.

While those are some of the reasons why personal trainers, coaches, therapists, bodyworkers, chiropractors, athletic trainers, Pilates & yoga instructors came back, here are some more reasons that were stated at the end of the workshop by course participants:

- “I really appreciated that the instructors were patient with the slower way that  I learn and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable by getting impatient or even angry like other course instructors have in the past”

- “This course was not only amazing in the amount of knowledge and training I received but also the most entertaining and fun workshop I’ve ever been to”

- “All the people at this course were unbelievably helpful from Ann and Chris to the teacher’s assistants Elizabeth and Jon, to each and every student. Ann and Chris set the tone that we are all equals at the workshop and that no matter the experience or background, we can all learn and teach each other. That is so true and I want to thank ALL of you for giving me an unforgettable experience that will benefit me and my clients for a lifetime”
