Jezaree ("Jezy") McNutt is called a "healer" by the Center directors and their clients. This is not a term used loosely by the Fredericks, as Ann says "I've seen many therapists but this girl has innate talent and unique ability that you can't teach because you're born with it".
Originally from Nevada, Jezy trained at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in massage therapy, where she also received her Holistic Healthcare degree. She is also an accomplished yoga instructor and hypnotherapist, so Jezy can use the right techniques to individualize your sessions to help you reach your goals faster and more completely.
Jezy currently works with professional and amateur athletes, seniors, mid-lifers, teenagers and children who don't want the usual cookbook "fluff and buff" approach to massage therapy. They often combine sessions with Fascial Stretch Therapy or Pilates, for a complete 'strengthening and lengthening' experience. Others use Jezy for mind and body stress reduction, so that they are better able to weather personal and professional challenges. Athletes, both younger and older, use her for rapid recovery and body re-alignment, to keep athletic performance optimal.
