Pilates is an effective exercise system to strengthen, lengthen, align and re-educate the muscles around your spine and center of gravity. These muscles include all of the abdominals, the glutes, the back and deep muscles of the torso which collectively are called the core muscle system.

In order to fully and completely train your core muscle system, we provide you with a private, fully equipped studio. Seven unique pieces of Pilates equipment plus many accessories will give you a wide variety of workout experiences with our certified instructors. What makes the Pilates Studio at Stretch to Win radically different from anywhere else is how the training is individualized based on your needs and goals.

When you learn how to integrate your core strength and flexibility with coordination of your mind, breath and the rest of your body then achieving goals for sports, fitness or longevity in life is easier.
