Keeping this summer issue short, please enjoy reading it and don’t miss special announcements at the end.

Neck Pain Gone in 1 FST Session

Rachel is a pediatric physiotherapist from Brisbane, Australia. After trying traditional physiotherapy, traditional assisted stretching and other treatments without success, she was referred to a practitioner of Fascia Stretch Therapy™ (FST).

After the first session, her chronic neck pain and movement restriction of 6 months was for the most part resolved. Similar shoulder problems were eliminated soon thereafter.

Why was FST so successful after such a short time, while other traditional approaches were not?

Listen, be inspired, then search for a certified FST practitioner for yourself or loved one on our Directory at https://www.stretchtowin.com/directory

Or, train with us in this amazing method in Sydney, Australia this coming August, the USA in Arizona, or Toronto and other cities in Canada: https://www.stretchtowin.com

Fredericks Back at University of Arizona Medical School Doing Research on Fascia Stretch Therapy

The image above is the study we did on the effects of FST on chronic non-specific low back pain back in 2017. We were honored to present it at the Fascia Research Congress of 2018 in Berlin, where lots of interest in FST was catalyzed.

This coming Autumn, we will see if we get the same significant outcomes of reduced pain with activities of living with a larger number of subjects. Meantime, we encourage you to share this study with anyone who wants to see the research behind FST – physicians, scientists, allied health professionals, etc. Just click on the image here to view and share.

Much past research in stretching is poor quality, and while ours is not at the highest level, it is at a respected level to publish in a peer reviewed journal, which is our goal!

Low Back Exercise Program Offer for Certified FST Practitioners

Kevin Darby, President of STW Canada, has so very kindly offered his 30 module “Stretch to Win – Low Back Health Essentials” to all currently certified FST practitioners for FREE. It is offered by his other company, DTS Fitness, where you can register for the course.

As you may know, low back pain has affected up to 80% of all North Americans (and many, many other nations) serious enough to send them to the doctor or emergency room for pain relief.

Unfortunately, many are told just to learn to live with it and take pain meds and do basic exercises that palliate but do not cure.

While low back pain can be complex to assess, treat and manage, this course thoroughly informs and offers proven solutions based on sound scientific evidence and clinical experience from one of the world’s foremost experts and our friend, Stu McGil, PhD.

To get started on your journey to better understand low back pain and how to integrate methods that easily integrate with FST, currently certified practitioners may log into their FST accounts here, to claim this free offer!

If you are not an FST Practitioner, and want to learn more about DTS Fitness Education's courses, click here: https://www.dtsfitnesseducation.com/
